Ingredients
Asian vinaigrette dressing
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Small amount of chopped fresh coriander
- chilli (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Creamy Pasta Salad Dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup thick Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon finely sliced red onion or 1 clove minced garlic
- Herbs to taste
- 1 tablespoon seeded mustard (optional)
Asian Peanut Dressing
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or fish sauce
- 3 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce
- Small amount of boiling water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Extra chilli (optional)
Creamy dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup thick Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion or 1 clove garlic, minced
- Herbs or mustard, to taste
Vinaigrette
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-5 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1-2 teaspoons herbs or spices of choice like ground cumin
- Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small container.
- A small amount of boiling water can be used if you need to adjust the thickness and strength of the sauce to taste.
